Charlie Garrison is the General Manager at Keystone Sheets, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the corrugated industry—and not just the usual kind. Charlie’s career began as a Maintenance Electrical Technician, but he didn’t stay on the floor for long. He rose through the ranks to Plant Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Operations, and now GM, collecting wins and breaking records along the way. Before joining Keystone in October 2024, he spent time with Gaylord, Inland, IP, GP, and most recently managed two high-performing WRK facilities in Southern California. Originally from the West Coast, Charlie and his wife of 37 years are settled into Pennsylvania and enjoying all that the Keystone state has to offer.  When he’s not chasing production goals, he’s traveling with his wife—or wrenching on cars and motorcycles. Because while you can take Charlie out of maintenance, you can’t take maintenance out of Charlie.
