Nick Wriker, Plant Manager at Keystone Sheets, brings a wealth of experience and a unique approach to his role. Hailing from Riegelsville, PA, Nick was drawn to Keystone Sheets for its startup opportunity, familial environment, and the freedom to lead the business. The growth opportunities and genuine care for building a strong team and culture under the general managers also caught his attention.
In his role, Nick prioritizes people, emphasizing empowerment for individuals to excel. He creates a learning environment that values work-life balance, providing avenues for personal and professional growth. With 17 years in the corrugated industry and diverse roles, from Stacker Operator to Multi-Plant Director of Operations, Nick’s leadership is well-rounded.
An Easton High School graduate with an Associate degree in criminal justice from Colorado Tech, Nick, married and a proud “pet parent” to two dogs, enjoys weightlifting, fitness, hunting, and cars. With experiences in places like Milford, NJ, Mt. Wolf, PA, Albion, MI, Nick’s diverse background enriches his leadership at Keystone Sheets.
Linda Hostetter, Keystone Sheets’ HR Manager, brings 38+ years of expertise in HR, Payroll, and Safety Management. A Newville native, Linda’s dedication to her community and the opportunity at Keystone drew her in.
In her role, Linda oversees HR duties like payroll, recruiting, and training, emphasizing team relationships and open communication. Her education includes Big Spring High School, Cumberland Perry Vocational Technical School, and the Institute of Real Estate Studies, where she earned a Realtor license. She holds the SHRM Certified Professional Certificate.
Married 41 years, Linda, a parent of two and grandmother of five, dreams of an animal rescue. Beyond work, she enjoys the beach, time with family, and reading, maintaining an active and compassionate lifestyle.
Angela Gladfelter, Recruiting and Training Specialist at Keystone Sheets, was drawn by its status as a new facility with a strong purpose and corporate backing.
In her role, Angela oversees recruiting, playing a crucial role as an initial point of contact for candidates. Her friendly and positive approach aims to make a positive impression on potential team members from the start.
A Chambersburg local, Angela’s education includes graduating from a local high school. With diverse experience in the food logistics and biomedical sectors before Keystone Sheets, she brings a varied background to her current role.
Happily married with two sons, Angela shares her home with two spoiled indoor cats and enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, exploring history, volunteering, and quality time with her family.
